Experience: 25 years experience in Medical Physics in Diagnostic, Computed Tomography (CT) and Interventional Cardiology and Radiology as well as Nuclear Medicine. Director of Medical Physics Dpt in Konstantopoulio General Hospital Nea Ionia, Athens, Greece. Since 2004, IAEA expert sent in several missions organised by the IAEA. Lecturer in IAEA National and Regional Training Courses on radiation protection in diagnostic and interventional radiology in many developing countries. 100 publications, in SCI journals (47 papers) and national and international journals as well as conference proceedings. More than 150 presentations and posters in national and international conferences. More than 30 invited lectures around the world in international conferences and workshops. Participation in multiple European projects such as the EUTEMPE-RX, PiDRL, ENETRAP, EMAN, DOSEDATAMED II, SENTINEL, DIMOND II and III European research projects. Participation in multiple IAEA projects. Since 2006 the participation included the task to analyze results submitted by counterparts of project and facilitate in the production of publications in conference proceedings and journals as well as presentations and posters in national and international congresses.
