All passes except online passes are valid for in-person and online access. There are no differentiated rates for online passes for Low-Income Economies and Students as these rates are already subsidised.

Unforeseen Circumstances
No refunds will be made to participants should the Congress be cancelled or adapted to hybrid or virtual event formats due to circumstances not within the Organiser’s control including but not limited to any acts of God, civil commotion, outbreak, threat of outbreak, or ongoing transmission of infectious or communicable diseases such as SARS, COVID-19, failure of any applicable government authority to issue required governmental permits, and any other similar event or condition making it in advisable, impracticable, illegal or impossible to hold the Event.
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations and/or changes must be sent in writing to wc2022@iupesm.org. Partial and full refunds are subject to the conditions below:
Before 28 February 2022 - full refund minus 10% administration fee for cancelled registrations
Between 1 March to 13 May 2022 – partial refund (50%) for cancelled registrations
From 14 May 2022 - No refund for cancelled registrations
All cancellations involving a refund will be subject to a 10% administration fee. Refunds shall be processed within six weeks.
